Otitolaiye is Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria – CIBN, and a man with a wealth of experience with strong competence in Automobile Technology, Training and Financial Advisory.
He started his working career with Nigerian Paper Mills, Jebba in Kwara state. He represented the workers on the negotiation table both at local and national levels. He was the state auditor of the Nigerian Labour Congress before he resigned to further his education in 1988.
He worked with National Iron Ore Mining Company, Itakpe for 15 years where he rose to the position of a Manager. At Itakpe, he served in various capacities amongst which are; Transport Officer; Safety Officer; Procurement Officer; Training Manager and Head, New Initiatives.
He had several awards to his credit with special recognition as a Strategist and Peace Broker. He resigned from the company in 2007 to join the banking industry.
Otitolaiye as a banker excelled in the industry and shortly after his appointment was appointed a branch manager at Afribank Nigeria plc, Kabba branch, and similar role at Mainstreet bank Ltd.
He left the industry in 2012 to pursue his personal business. He is a consultant and facilitator of Training programs.
Otitolaiye is a graduate of University of Benin where he studied Technical Education and came out with Upper Credit. Had his MBA at University of Ilorin. Very versatile and full of strength.
Was appointed into the Board of the bank in 2017.
